Cruising for Kinksters
The Gay Barn is teaching our first class! Join Billy and Emma at Sub Rosa (where Emma is the Ops Manager!) for Cruising for Kinksters to discuss how to find, approach, and connect with other kinky queers. We want to build your confidence and give you the tools you need to find new connections!

​​​Learn about etiquette and strategies for successful approaches, from pick up play at events to cruising online. We will discuss flirting, expressing interest, making asks and offers, and negotiating scenes while staying grounded and confident. Then, we’ll put it all into action and practice cruising with the other class attendees. Read the full event description here.

The Gay Barn
The Gay Barn is not a place, it is an experience.

The Gay Barn produces and hosts vetted, private retreat-style play parties for kinky queers, in various beautiful locations across the PNW. We create spaces for dykes and gender expansive homos to get together and get freaky (*no cis men, TERFs, SWERFs, or zesty straights).
​
Each retreat play party is a unique combination of the physical environment and the amazing people who attend. But you can always count on hot homos, fun activities, sexy play, beautiful views, delicious homemade meals, and excellent vibes!

About the organizers
The Gay Barn began in 2022 with two slutty, married dykes longing for an orgy that was more than just an opportunity for kink.
​
We wanted to have an experience that cultivated a sense of joy, playfulness, and authenticity – with all the vibes on point. We leaned into it and started bringing people together for some truly legendary parties.
Billy is a butch dyke with many years' experience working in events production and sound engineering. Emma is a femme lesbian who works as a psychic medium and professional witch. They are both white, cis, and in their late 30's. They met in Portland, Oregon in 2011.
