Are you ready to Take the Lake?

You will play, chill, and bond with other kinky dykes and queers over three magical nights. With a private dock for sunning and lake jumps, fire pit, plenty of private outdoor space and indoor play areas, plus an outdoor hot tub - Slag Cabin is the perfect spot for 30(ish) homos to get freaky and let loose.
The Gay Barn will bring the dungeon atmosphere for nighttime play parties, all the good food, and some fun and sexy daytime activities. Join us for a HOLEsome good time!

Please keep reading and apply via the vetting form at the bottom of this page! (Click here to skip ahead)
This event is exclusively for dykes and dyke-adjacent homos (of the non cis-male variety), who are 21 and older.
TERFs, SWERFs, and zesty straights need not apply. We do not tolerate racism, transphobia, or fatphobia at our events!

Party & Property Info
Homos Take the Lake begins Friday evening May 2nd, and runs through Monday morning on May 5th. There are options for indoor beds and camping, as well as room for an RV.

The spacious and private property features stunning views of Mayfield Lake, a private dock (with rope swing!), canoe, a large deck with a steamy hot tub, and a big outdoor area with open grassy spots and towering trees, picnic tables, a fire pit, and fun accents like a tire swing, horseshoe pit, and tetherball to complete the camp vibes.
The main house has an open common area that will become our dungeon, the main kitchen, and one guest bedroom. A separate back cabin hosts more indoor sleepers in two bedrooms, plus a common area sofa bed.
There are 10 indoor spots available, as well as 15(ish) outdoor camping spots. Campers have access to all indoor common areas and bathrooms. The main house and back cabin each have a full bathroom, plus another half bathroom in a separate outdoor facility (a regular bathroom, not an outhouse!).
Your hosts Billy and Emma will be serving up home cooked vegan/vegetarian meals from the main kitchen, with the back cabin kitchen available for indoor guest use. Parking is available onsite. Cell service can be spotty and there is no wifi!

Each night the dungeon will be set up for play parties -- and everyone is free to play during the day as well (inside or outside). We will provide candles for wax play at the fire pit, which we'll bring out the first night after the opening circle. We also bring a small collection of toys that will be available for use (and of course, bring all your favorites!). During the day, explore the lake or take a cold plunge, relax under the trees, try out Billy's throwing knives, or choose your own adventure. Like we always say -- do what you want!
Registration Process
The first step to attend HTL is completing the vetting form at the bottom of this page. We will respond as soon as possible with an invitation email. Add TheGayBarn@proton.me to your contacts to make sure it doesn't end up in the spam folder!
Once your invitation has been confirmed, the second step is either paying in full to secure your ticket, or paying a $100 non-refundable deposit to reserve your spot. The remainder must be paid within 30 days to secure your spot at the party.
Cancellation Policy
The $100 deposit is non-refundable.
Starting April 1st, ALL SALES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

That means, any cancellation made for any reason before April 1st, will receive a refund for any payment(s) made beyond the $100 non-refundable deposit.

Any cancellation made for any reason on April 1st or later, NO REFUND will be available for any payment(s).
COVID and Safety
All attendees are required to provide a negative rapid COVID test taken on the day of the event. Please stay home if you have been exposed to COVID or are experiencing symptoms of illness.

We encourage the use of safer sex supplies. The Gay Barn provides gloves, condoms, and chucks, as well as disinfectant cleaning supplies for surfaces.
Accessibility Info
Some steps are required to access the main house and the back cabin. There are steep stairs getting down to the dock. There are no hand rails by the toilets, and likely no safety bars in the showers. The lawn may have some uneven spots.

We use red lights in the dungeon and/or other areas. Music in the dungeon plays at a moderately loud level.

We do not require masking at the event but we do test all participants for Covid. Anyone who wants to mask is of course welcome to do so. There will be hand sanitizer around for everyone to use.

Please let us know if you have any questions on accessibility or specific needs, and we will do our best to answer.
Food and Drinks
The Gay Barn provides all guests with snacks, coffee, and tea, and meals. We will serve dinner Friday, and lunch and dinner on Saturday and Sunday. All the food we provide is vegan with some vegetarian and some gluten-free options (as needed).

You may bring your own food or snacks, as well as drinks, but please use substances responsibly. Indoor guests may use the kitchen in the back cabin. Campers must bring a cooler to store their food.
Tickets
Tickets are priced on a sliding scale (see below). Each ticket is for one person to attend the event - that means each camper needs their own ticket even if sharing a tent. All tickets include meals and snacks.
